The K2 Bike Fit System hides the intimidating numbers, charts and calculations of sizing science behind the scenes. Our intuitive, gender-specific stickers make it easy for riders to select the most efficient and comfortable sized K2 Bike for their needs. New for 2008, many K2 Bike models also use the Adjustable Threadless System, which allows riders to more easily tune their personal riding positions over a wider adjustment range with virtually no weight penalty. Our icons describe more than just a frame size. We also design in the key component dimensions, ensuring a proper balance of fit and performance for every size of each model. - Consistent:
Once you’ve found the right fit on one type of K2 Bike, the same size in any of our other bikes should also suit you well. - Gender-Specific:
Sizing data is separated by gender before we start designing our adult bikes. Women benefit from our truly women’s specific T:Nine designs, and what were previously unisex models are now bikes that better suit male riders.
